At Lernia, we are currently looking for a service-oriented and professional colleague for the role of Cashier/Switchboard Operator at Borås Bil. The assignment is temporary from June until the beginning of September, with the possibility of extension.

About the role

In this role, you will often be the customers' first point of contact – both on-site at the facility and via telephone. You will provide a warm and professional reception, ensure that every customer is guided correctly, and maintain the daily flow at the cash desk and switchboard.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Cash handling, customer reception, and receipt administration

  • Manning the company switchboard and transferring calls

  • Service and information to customers in-store and via telephone

  • Support with administrative tasks

  • Maintaining a pleasant and representative customer area

This assignment is perfect for someone who wants to work in a social and central role at an established company with a strong brand. Working hours are scheduled during the day.

About you

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service is the focus and where you meet many people every day. To succeed, we believe you are:

  • Positive, communicative, and professional in your approach

  • Structured, meticulous, and confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experienced in working in service or administrative roles

  • Comfortable with the telephone and administrative systems

  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Hold a valid driver's license (Class B)

Experience from reception, cashier, switchboard, customer service, or similar roles is an asset. Additionally, an interest in cars or knowledge about vehicles is a plus.
