As a salesperson with us, you are the face of the store and a key player in our team. You love customer contact, take initiative, and create a personal shopping experience that makes customers want to return. Your focus is on understanding the customer's needs, providing professional advice, and guiding them to the right products.

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week. We apply a six-month probationary period. Start date is immediate or as agreed.

Your main responsibilities

• You actively reach out to visitors and engage with their needs to provide professional product recommendations.
• By being curious and asking open questions, you create an understanding of the customer's wishes and present how our products can add value.
• You guide the customer through the purchasing process, instilling confidence in their decisions and ensuring they leave the store with a world-class customer experience.
• You actively work to inform about current campaigns and club offers to maximize sales and strengthen customer relationships.
• To create an inspiring store environment, you ensure that the store is well-kept, that products are nicely displayed, and that prices and offers are clearly marked.

• Has previous experience in sales/training in fragrance, makeup, skincare, or haircare.
• Aims to achieve both your own and the store's sales goals through engaged and goal-oriented work.
• Takes responsibility for your own development, constantly seeking new ways to improve your sales and product knowledge, and dares to challenge yourself in the role.
• By being proactive and taking initiative, you contribute to both your own success and to a strong and successful team at Parfym.se.
