Start: week 25/26 End: week 33 Consulting assignment: Daytime, full-time, onsite Job Description As a customer support representative for our client, you will be a central part of an engaged team focused on creating a positive experience for every customer. You will act as an advisor and provide professional service via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with customers and take on a varied role that requires a sense of service, problem-solving, and structure. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats where you meet each customer with a solution-oriented and friendly approach. * Listen to the customer's needs and guide them to the right solution while ensuring they feel heard and appreciated. * Responsible for registering and updating customer information in the system and ensuring that each case is closed correctly. * Assist customers with inquiries regarding invoices, product orders, etc. The role is dynamic and suits you if you enjoy working both independently and in a team. Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has a strong sense of service. You have good communication skills and enjoy helping customers in a flexible and solution-oriented way. * You need to have work experience in customer support/customer service or administration. * Very good computer skills, preferably experience with some business system. * Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
