Your Responsibilities
As a quality coordinator, you will support the university's systematic quality work and contribute to its implementation in accordance with applicable governing documents and decisions made. You will maintain and further develop structures that create coherence, continuity, and good collaboration between academies and support services. In this role, you will act as support to the university's management and collegial bodies in matters concerning the application of the quality system. You will be responsible, in collaboration with the university's academies, for coordinating external and internal evaluations of the quality of the education. Your work will involve actively participating in relevant forums, both internally and externally, monitoring issues related to quality, evaluation, and higher education policy, as well as contributing to the development of materials and statistics.
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, personal suitability is of great importance. The role requires a working method characterized by accuracy, clarity, and administrative skill, as well as a well-developed ability to collaborate. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and express yourself excellently in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.
In addition, experience in support-oriented work within the higher education sector and systematic quality work is required, for example, through work with evaluation, development, and follow-up. You should be accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner, and have good organizational skills. Additionally, a bachelor's degree in a field deemed relevant by the employer is required.
Meritorious:
- Licentiate or doctoral degree.
- Experience teaching and/or researching at an institution.
Your Employment
Employment type: Permanent position. A six-month probationary period may apply.
Scope: Full-time
Start date: August 1, 2026, or as agreed.
Location: Borås.
