Your placement will be at Mässans gata 8 in central Gothenburg, in modern premises alongside competent and engaged colleagues.

In the role of Local Procurement Coordinator, you will work in a team with other employees within the authority's operations. Your job responsibilities include:

Contract management regarding purchased services according to SoL and LSS
Negotiation and dialogue regarding contract terms with suppliers
Ensuring correct documentation and quality-assured materials.
Monitoring and analysis of contracts for housing and social services, especially in direct procurements.
Supplier controls and compilation of experiences for financial and quality monitoring.
Support to case workers and managers in the procurement process regarding purchased services.

The content of the position may develop over time depending on the needs of the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in social work, economics, law, or another education that the employer considers equivalent and relevant for the position.

You have experience from municipal operations, preferably within authority operations or health and medical care, and are used to working with finance, administration, and process management.

You are meticulous and care about managing public funds in the best possible way.

You are structured and have an easy time planning, organizing, and prioritizing. You ensure that tasks are completed on time and follow up on results.

You are communicative and can express yourself clearly in both speech and writing. You adapt your communication according to the recipient and context, ensuring that your message gets through. To solve complex problems and succeed in negotiations, you need to handle uncomfortable conversations.

You are analytical and can easily identify the core of complex issues. You see connections, draw logical conclusions, and propose relevant solutions even with limited information.

You have good collaboration skills. You listen, show respect for others' perspectives, and actively contribute to the common mission.

You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and drive the work forward. You make decisions within your assignment, but many issues need to be coordinated both within the workgroup and together with others.

You have very good system skills. It is an advantage if you have worked in systems such as Treserva, Proceedo, Stratsys, and Kommers.

Finally, you are development-oriented. You are curious, eager to learn new things, and contribute ideas that develop the organization. You keep yourself updated in your field and reflect on what can be improved.
