We at Samtala Sverige AB are looking for an engaged and service-oriented person who wants to become an important part of our team.

We operate as an external customer service function for companies, which means we handle incoming calls for our clients and serve as their voice outward. In this role, you will answer calls from their customers and provide professional service.

In addition, you will also work on scheduling meetings for our internal salespeople, making the role varied and giving you an important function in our continued growth.

You will be a key person in the contact between companies and their customers, where your ability to build trust and create a good first impression is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls as part of our clients' customer service
• Provide professional and friendly service in every call
• Assist with inquiries, cases, and guidance
• Schedule meetings for our internal salespeople
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

We are looking for someone who:

• Is communicative and confident in phone contact
• Has a strong sense of service and is solution-oriented
• Is structured and meticulous
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
