Recruiter Wanted

As a recruiter for our client, you will play a central role in creating a smooth, professional, and positive recruitment process - from the first contact to hiring. Here, you will combine service, structure, and collaboration in a varied daily routine where you truly make a difference for both candidates and the organization.

About the Position:

In the role of Recruiter, you will work closely with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure that the entire recruitment process maintains high quality. You are an important part of creating a positive candidate experience and a strong employer brand.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in HR and Talent Acquisition as well as with managers in the organization, and thrive in an environment with many points of contact and a fast pace.

The assignment is a consulting position that runs from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.

Main Responsibilities:

You will have a varied role where you will:

  • Be responsible for the entire recruitment processes for junior to mid-level roles
  • Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and ongoing dialogue with candidates and managers
  • Be the point of contact for candidates and ensure a professional and positive experience
  • Work with administration and updating candidate data in the ATS system
  • Support hiring managers in process, structure, and timelines

At the same time, you will contribute to the whole by:

  • Handling incoming inquiries related to recruitment
  • Working towards an inclusive and respectful candidate experience
  • Identifying improvements in working methods and processes
  • Supporting employer branding and onboarding as needed

Education and Skills:

We are looking for someone with a structured working method who enjoys a service-oriented role with many points of contact.

  • Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration, or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or similar
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience working in recruitment systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel processes in a fast-paced environment

It is also advantageous if you have experience recruiting both technical and non-technical roles and have worked in an international environment.
