We are looking for someone who understands how important a well-functioning recruitment process is and who has a genuine interest in working with recruitment within the elderly care and social services administration. As one of 13 HR specialists in the Recruitment Unit, you will be tasked with supporting a portion of the administration's approximately 390 managers in recruiting permanent staff. Our goal is to be proactive, competent, and engaged with a focus on attracting and recruiting. We are looking for one person for a permanent position and another for a parental leave substitute.

One of the unit's most important and largest tasks is to coordinate and participate in all management recruitment processes within the administration. The administration aims to have fewer employees per manager, which means more management recruitments and an expanded mandate for the Recruitment Unit. You will have a consultative role where you support recruiting managers throughout all or parts of the recruitment process, from initiation and advertising to selection, interviews, and administrative assistance. The role also includes nurturing and developing the candidate experience. The unit is evolving, which means your tasks may change over time.

Other tasks include coordinating holiday recruitment, setting salaries for nurses, and managing individuals with preferential rights according to LAS. The unit's mandate also includes activities related to the administration's employer brand, such as participating in fairs and events to represent the administration.

About You

Requirements:

  • Higher education as a human resources specialist, behavioral scientist, or other equivalent higher education
  • Knowledge of the Employment Protection Act (LAS) and its application
  • Experience in recruitment from the entire recruitment process
  • Experience in recruiting managers or specialists
  • Experience working with competency-based and norm-critical recruitment

Desirable:

  • Experience working with recruitment in public sector
  • Experience managing multiple parallel processes simultaneously
  • Familiarity with our operations and target group

Personal Competencies:

As an HR specialist, you work closely with managers and other functions, so it is important that you are good at collaborating with others and building relationships. You are service-oriented, find solutions, and want to help with what the administration's managers need support with.

In the role, you will sometimes drive several processes in parallel, so it is important that you plan, organize, and prioritize your work in a structured and efficient manner. You ensure that work is completed on time and follow up on results. You take responsibility for your tasks, make decisions within the framework of your assignment, and drive the work forward. Finally, we also see that you are flexible in your work and have the ability to adjust your working methods based on changed conditions and new information.
