In our customer support, you will work in a varied role that changes throughout the year depending on the season. The role particularly focuses on providing service and support to our various internal sales departments, but also being able to assist with other support issues for our corporate and consumer customers. The role involves internal support with administrative tasks. The work is primarily conducted via email and phone, and you will handle everything from communication with stores, order placement, returns, delivery inquiries, and product information, as well as occasionally external customer meetings. You will collaborate closely with responsible parties in each department and actively contribute to increasing sales in our various sales channels. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong commitment to service, is outgoing, and enjoys meeting people
• Finds it easy to collaborate and contributes to a positive team spirit
• Takes responsibility, is proactive, and can switch between different tasks
• Is skilled and enjoys handling administrative tasks
• Is a quick learner and has a good understanding of technology and various systems
• Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take initiative where needed
• Has an understanding of Pelle P's world and target audience, and preferably an interest in fashion, apparel, and the active lifestyle that the Pelle P brand represents
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has at least a B driver's license

• Have previous experience in sales, preferably within apparel or a similar industry
• Share our customers' interests in sailing, skiing, or golf.

The position is based at our headquarters in Billdal and is a full-time employment with a preceding probationary period.
