About the role

In the role of Contact Center Analyst, you have a central function between Operations and IT. You are responsible for ensuring that our CRM and telephony systems function optimally while analyzing data and driving improvements that increase performance and efficiency.

You work closely with both internal teams and external system providers, becoming an important part of developing our workflows and technical solutions moving forward. You will be part of our Nordic CRM team.

Your main tasks

• Create, configure, and optimize campaigns in CRM and telephony

• Ensure efficient system flow and stable operation

• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement

• Monitor KPIs such as contact rate, conversion, and response rate

• Prepare reports for management and clients

• Act as a contact person for system providers and drive development

• Segment data and improve targeting in campaigns

• Ensure GDPR compliance and handling of personal data

• Train employees in the CRM system

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with CRM systems, data analysis, or similar

• Has a technical interest and understanding of systems and flows

• Is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented

• Thrives in a role with many points of contact

• Has good communication skills and teamwork abilities

• Speaks fluent Swedish and has a good understanding of Norwegian
