Job Description

Since this is a need-based employment, you need to have another main occupation of at least 50%, through e.g. studies, your own business, or other employment. If you do and are looking for a wonderful part-time job: read on. The position is part of the rental business at NearYou. This means that you will be employed by NearYou but work at one of our clients. The position is a hourly employment where the need varies. As a receptionist, your main tasks will be to assist customers in the best possible way. The tasks will vary, but you will among other things: • Welcome and take care of visitors/customers • Assist customers with various inquiries via phone & email • Maintain order in the work environment, for example by preparing rooms for conferences, ensuring that the reception and lobby are tidy and neat, restocking materials in various rooms, etc. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service and has excellent communication skills, is digital, service-oriented, and flexible. To be considered, we emphasize the requirement for flexibility. We may have needs on short notice, and we prefer that you have a schedule that allows for flexibility. You are well-versed in the digital world and find it easy to work in systems and have good knowledge of the Office suite. We are looking for meticulous and service-oriented individuals who have the ability to “see, give, and smile.” You perform well in both high and low work tempos and have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. If you also have an interest in customer contact and administration, it is a strong merit. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
