About the role

As E-Commerce Manager at Axkid, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and scaling the global e-commerce business with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer experience. The role has a clear business responsibility and covers both the Nordic and international markets, including expansion in the USA.

You will work both strategically and operationally to develop the business within D2C, marketplaces, and new business models. The role involves close collaboration with development, local sales organizations, and partners, as well as driving the team within performance marketing with SEO/SEM, social channels, and content.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a scalable and stable e-commerce platform and driving development related to analytics, conversion, and new technical opportunities within AI and AEO.

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and own the global e-commerce strategy
  • Drive revenue, growth, profitability, and conversion across all digital channels
  • Be responsible for several local sites and markets combined with marketplaces
  • Lead teams and activation within SEO, SEM, paid social, content, and CRM
  • Work data-driven with analysis, funnel optimization, and A/B testing
  • Ensure a stable and scalable platform
  • Define requirements and prioritize development with the tech team
  • Ensure integrations with ERP and business systems
  • Drive initiatives within AI and AEO related to future buying behaviors
  • Ensure channel harmony between e-commerce, retail, and marketplaces
  • Drive establishment and growth in the American market

Your background

We are looking for someone with experience in driving e-commerce with clear business responsibility and who thrives in a role where strategy, analysis, and execution go hand in hand. You have a strong understanding of how digital channels drive growth and are accustomed to working data-driven towards clear business goals.

You are comfortable working in an international context and have experience managing multiple markets and channels simultaneously. The role requires you to switch between a strategic perspective and operational execution, as well as the ability to prioritize the right initiatives to drive profitable growth.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and business-driven. You take ownership of results, are curious about new opportunities, and have a strong ability to translate insights into concrete activities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can help build for the future.

  • Experience in driving e-commerce with significant revenue
  • Several years of experience in international e-commerce, preferably within consumer products
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing and traffic-driving channels
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content
  • Experience working data-driven with analysis and optimization
  • Understanding of business logic, margin, and profitability related to e-commerce
  • Experience with WooCommerce, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central, and similar systems is highly meritorious
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
