About the position

We are now looking for an initiative-taking, results-oriented, and strategically skilled entrepreneur who wants to take full responsibility for sales in Gothenburg. As a customer manager, you will play a central role in driving development, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring continued market growth.

The role involves broad responsibilities: you will work with sales to existing and new customers, manage your own customer accounts, and focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with high quality and profitability.

Responsibilities

In the role of customer manager, you will have overall responsibility for sales in Gothenburg. You will work both strategically and operationally to develop existing and new customer relationships, and you will actively contribute to strengthening our position in the market.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities

  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers

  • Contributing to strengthening KFX HR-partner's position in the market

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with industry experience who is business-driven, action-oriented, and accustomed to developing a business. You have experience in business development, sales, and finding, building, and maintaining customer relationships. You have a strategic mindset but also enjoy being operational and driving development forward.

To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:

  • Communicative ability and strong relationship focus, both internally and externally

  • Drive, curiosity, and a desire to take full ownership of the business

  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Manual B driver's license

Start date: by agreement

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Location: Gothenburg

Salary: Fixed salary with a variable component (Collective agreement unionen)
