Resource for the Purchasing Department

We are now looking for you who want to become our new resource in the purchasing department.

Do you have experience in operational purchasing within manufacturing? Then you could be the one we are looking for!

Your main responsibilities are:

• Ordering and delivery monitoring of materials for our production of kitchens, bathrooms, and storage
• Maintaining current purchasing-related parameters in our business system
• Development of processes and routines within purchasing
• Ongoing improvement work in collaboration both internally and with our suppliers
• Responsibility for additional product groups and strategic purchasing may also be included
• Ensuring delivery precision and managing deviations
• Maintaining daily contact with suppliers

Qualifications:

• Relevant education at least at the high school level and several years of experience from similar work
• Good IT skills, experience with business systems
• Good knowledge, both spoken and written, in Swedish and English

Personality:

You are skilled at building relationships both internally and externally. The work is characterized by a structured, methodical, and careful approach while you need to enjoy tackling and solving arising problems. Since we constantly strive to develop our work and improve service to our customers, it is important that you are driven by a focus on continuous improvements. A technical interest is also an advantage in the role.
