About the position

  • As a Customer Service Representative with us, you will represent Releasy and our client Ellos, a leading e-commerce player for fashion, home, and beauty in the Nordics.
  • You will be the primary contact point for private customers via calls and emails.
  • Your main tasks include handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a focus on meeting the customer's needs.
  • You are also expected to provide accurate information about products/services and guide customers through various processes.
  • Your primary goal is to actively work to ensure high customer satisfaction and create memorable experiences for our customers.

Employment type

Permanent employment with a 6-month probation period.

Training

2-week basic training combined with practical work.

Salary

Fixed monthly salary combined with commission-based bonus.

Working hours

There are varying working hours scheduled within the assignment's opening hours, which are Monday-Friday 07:30-19:00.

Start

The training starts: 2025-05-15, which is also the start date for employment.

Qualifications and skills

  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Good knowledge of English both orally and in writing.
  • Good computer and system skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
