Do you want a central role where structure, accuracy, and problem-solving are in focus? We are now looking for an administrator for a new team - a key person who will relieve managers and consultant management in a fast-paced and impactful environment.
About the position
In this role, you will be part of a new onboarding team responsible for back-office work during hiring and termination. You will work broadly in an administrative capacity and support sourcing and consulting managers with tasks that require structure, precision, and an eye for detail.
The position involves a varied workday with several parallel processes, where you need to quickly switch between different tasks.

Responsibilities
- Manage and review supplier invoices (matching against time reporting)
- Ensure that figures and documentation are accurate
- Troubleshoot discrepancies and develop solutions
- Support managers with administrative tasks
- Collect and manage CVs
- Schedule interviews and coordinate processes
- Handle orders and planning for upcoming needs
- Continuously work on improving working methods and processes
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 3 years of experience in administrative work
- Is comfortable working with numbers and follow-ups
- Has good system skills
- Has fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
It is a plus if you have
- Experience in invoice management
- Experience with SAP

The position is security classified, which means that a security clearance will be conducted before employment. The security clearance includes a background check and security interview in accordance with the Security Protection Act. In addition to the security clearance, a drug test and alcohol test will be conducted.
