Your tasks
This is a role for you who want to learn to create business and build your own customer base from scratch. You will actively reach out to new companies and book meetings within our service offerings.
You will, among other things:
- Search for and identify new potential corporate customers
- Make first contact via phone and create business dialogues
- Book meetings for field salespeople and operations managers
- Conduct simpler needs analyses via phone and digital meetings
- Follow up dialogues and contribute to the quotation process
- Work in CRM systems and document your activities
You will collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, operations, and finance and be an important part of creating new business.
Worth knowing
This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by TNG and work at Ada Service Partner. The assignment starts immediately and initially lasts for about 6 months, with good opportunities for extension or continued employment at Ada.
The position is full-time with daytime working hours. You will work on-site at the office in Ringön, Gothenburg, together with an engaged team. Introduction and training will take place on-site with support from experienced colleagues.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone who is curious about sales and wants to further develop in B2B. You have some experience in sales, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn. Perhaps you have worked in retail service, telemarketing, or had a role where you took your own initiatives.
You enjoy reaching out to new people and see the phone as a natural working tool. As a person, you are engaged, driven, and persistent, and you are motivated by achieving results and developing over time. You have good knowledge of Swedish and feel comfortable working in various systems.
