Do you want to be part of our wonderful team? We are currently looking for a service-minded and outgoing Staffing Coordinator for a full-time temporary position starting around May 2026 and ending in May 2027. There may be an opportunity for extension thereafter.

It is a significant advantage if you are flexible regarding working during the summer.

We work with staffing and recruitment and are specialized in the retail sector. We have access to the market's best tools for both recruitment and staffing. We staff our clients' stores and always strive to build long-term and close relationships with both clients and consultants. We maintain a very high level of service and adapt to our clients' needs.

Our clients' stores are open seven days a week. To provide them with the best possible service, the role includes working on weekends and public holidays, as well as evening on-call duty according to a rotating schedule. Work shifts are distributed based on needs and mutual agreement. Business travel may occur.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for staffing, i.e., monitoring and ensuring that shifts are booked and carried out.
  • Maintain regular contact with our consultants and our clients.
  • Onboard new consultants.
  • Candidate and client activities / client care through trade fairs and store visits.
  • HR administration such as drafting employment contracts, statistics, reconciling time reports, etc.
  • Management of our social media channels.

To succeed in this role, we expect you to:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in sales and service within retail.
  • Have experience with administrative work.
  • Have experience from the staffing and/or recruitment industry (merit).
  • Have studied HR/PA or similar.
  • Be curious, meticulous, flexible, responsible, and open to change.
  • Be a true team player who enjoys working in a tight-knit team with a high ceiling and a fast pace.
  • Be outgoing, good at building relationships, and accustomed to delivering a very high level of service.
  • Be able to express yourself professionally in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
