Working as a Paralegal
You will be primarily responsible for the office's paralegal tasks and work closely with our lawyers within the firm's dispute resolution practice group and junior assistants in the administrative support department.
The role allows you to structure and organize your work while gaining valuable insight and understanding of various processes. The dispute resolution group works together on different projects and has a close collaboration, which means we value that you are a team player and can work flexibly. We believe it is important to have fun together at work, which is why we offer various social gatherings, activities, and training conferences.
Some of your tasks will include:
- Database searches
- Legal research
- Preparation for negotiations
- Work and administration with submissions and opinions
- Advanced document management
- Creation of presentation materials
- Translations
- Contact with clients and authorities as well as courts
- Quality assurance and various types of research
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a degree from a university, college, or vocational school as a Paralegal. Alternatively, you have worked for a few years in the field and thus gained relevant experience equivalent to studies.
To thrive in this role, we believe you are organized and methodical and can handle tight deadlines. You are passionate about providing service, solving problems, and delivering high quality in everything you do. You have a good ability to communicate verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English and are very proficient in the Office suite.

As a Paralegal, you will be part of the firm’s dispute resolution group and administrative support. You will work at our office at Järntorget in Gothenburg, where we are about 100 employees.
