We offer you the opportunity to educate tomorrow's colleagues in your industry. Educational assignments through us mean that you work out with higher vocational education providers. It is a fantastic dynamic and stimulating work environment. You work directly with motivated adult students who are studying various higher vocational education programs in different locations across Sweden.

We believe you are a self-employed individual who, alongside your other assignments, wants to educate future colleagues or that you have a gap in your professional life and can finally take the chance to educate others.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about transferring knowledge to others and who thrives in an educational role. You are unpretentious as a person but dare to stand your ground when necessary. You enjoy being in social contexts and mentoring both groups and individuals, bringing out the best in both.

You do not need to have taught before but must love conveying knowledge and be passionate about educating future industry colleagues!

We are looking for someone who wants to teach business economics for students studying various higher vocational education programs in the upcoming academic year. Teaching is approximately 15 hours a week. The courses are about 4 weeks long.

After completing the course, the student should have knowledge of basic business economic concepts, and the laws, agreements, and regulations that apply to different types of businesses.

The student should also have a general understanding of the economic relationships and reasoning that occur in the industry. Additionally, knowledge and competencies are provided to actively participate in a company's development, in close collaboration with various functions within the organization.

The student should also have the competence to reason about which basic facts need to be established and serve as the basis for relevant, conscious business decisions, as well as have the ability to collaborate with others to develop a business plan based on fundamental business economic concepts.

You do not need to have taught or transferred knowledge before but should enjoy educational contexts.

It is great fun to be involved and influence and educate tomorrow's colleague.

Educator Introduction

All our educators undergo a teacher introduction before the course starts, where we go through what is expected of you as an educator. We also help you plan your first course and your course material. We also provide tips, advice, and support along the way.

Ackebrink has been around for more than 20 years, and in 2013 and 2014, we were named a Gazelle company. Today, we deliver up to 300 courses per year, and our clients are located from Luleå in the north to Malmö in the south. We provide educational consultants in everything from project management and economics to blasting technology, water and sewage technology, and mathematics, among many others.
