EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING CONSULTANT FOR ACCOUNTING FIRM ERIKA THÖRNÄS

Eterni is now looking for an experienced and self-driven accounting consultant for our client, the Accounting Firm Erika Thörnäs in Vänersborg. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of accounting consultant, you will work with ongoing bookkeeping for both limited companies and sole proprietorships. You will be responsible for handling both digital and physical documents and will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Furthermore, you will prepare tax declarations as well as declarations for both individuals (INK1) and companies (INK2). You will also hold year-end meetings with clients to present results and provide qualified advice.

Your main tasks as an accounting consultant will include:

• Working with ongoing bookkeeping for both limited companies and sole proprietorships

• Handling digital and physical documents

• Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Preparing tax declarations

• Preparing declarations for individuals (INK1) and companies (INK2)

• Holding year-end meetings and presenting results to clients

• Providing qualified advice and being a reliable support in the client's financial processes

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

Visma Administration, Visma Payroll, Wolters Kluwer Tax & Financial Statements, Office Suite, Visma eEkonomi, and Fortnox.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and accustomed to working independently with all aspects of accounting. You are structured, meticulous, and enjoy a role where you have close contact with both clients and colleagues. Your communication skills are crucial, as is your ability to build good and long-term client relationships. Important for the job:

Requirements for the position:

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting

• Self-driven in bookkeeping, financial statements, tax declarations, and annual reports

Preferred:

• Experience with VAT and tax management in the construction and contracting industry

• Experience in the real estate industry from a VAT and tax perspective

• Experience in payroll administration
