About the assignment We are looking for a full-time controller for our client in Gothenburg for a consulting assignment through Bemannia, starting from 2026-08-10 to 2027-01-15, with a desired introduction from June 15 to July 3. The client is looking for an experienced person who can quickly get into the work and act as a substitute during the period. The workplace is located in central Gothenburg with a finance department of 23 people divided into accounting and controlling units. Your responsibilities

In the role of controller, you will work closely with the business and combine operational financial work with strategic analysis. You will be responsible for budgeting, follow-up, and forecasts, as well as contributing analyses that support well-founded decisions. The role also involves close collaboration with managers and project leaders, where you serve as an important support in financial matters.

• Budgeting and year-end closing work, as well as ongoing follow-up and forecasts

• Analysis of financial outcomes and preparation of decision-making materials

• Support for managers, project leaders, and employees in financial matters

• Resource planning and financial follow-up for two departments

• Work in financial systems such as Antura Projects, Proceedo, Unit4, and Hypergene, as well as participation in development and change work within the finance area

Your qualifications

• Relevant university education covering at least three (3) years or equivalent education

• At least three (3) years of work experience as an economist/controller

• Experience working with various finance-related business, planning, and follow-up systems

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• Experience working in financial systems

• Experience working in a medium or large organization (>50 employees)
