About the job

Do you want to have a varied and fun job this summer where you get to meet and help LF Kalmar's customers throughout the region? We are now looking for Advisors for our Claims Service department within Safety and Sanitation. In the role of Advisor, you identify the customer's needs and tailor our service accordingly. You receive inquiries about housing environments and pest problems through various customer channels. You work preventively and solution-oriented to find measures regarding pests (such as ants and wasps) and adjust advice and tips according to the customer's unique needs. If necessary, you send out materials to the customer and schedule and organize our safety technicians' visits in the field. As an employee with us, you contribute to the entire department's development and goal fulfillment. Who are you?

We are looking for an engaged and self-sufficient person who is proactive and has a professional demeanor in dialogue with customers. To be able to prevent and solve problems for our customers, we also see that you are analytical and solution-oriented. As a person, you are organized, attentive, initiative-taking, and keen to deliver good service. You easily identify customers' different needs and are driven by exceeding their expectations. Creating and maintaining personal and trusting contacts with people around you feels natural for you, and you need to enjoy both customer contact and administrative tasks. We want you to be able to explain to the customer in a pedagogical way which preventive measure is appropriate. Previous experience in pest control advisory is an advantage but not a requirement. Periodically, we have a high workload, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the pace of work increases. You can communicate fluently in Swedish and you also need to be comfortable working in various IT systems and digital tools. The position requires education at least at the high school level. Candidates who meet the basic requirements will receive a link to a personality test and a problem-solving test.
