Your Future Workplace

The HR unit of the Health and Medical Care Administration provides support and service to the three hospitals in the region as well as the Diagnostic Center. The HR team responsible for Oskarshamn Hospital and the Diagnostic Center currently consists of an HR manager, two HR consultants, and an HR assistant. The recruitment is a replacement recruitment for one of the team's HR consultants. Important partners include managers and employees in the operation, HR colleagues in the administration and region, controllers, business developers, payroll consultants, occupational health services, and union representatives. Working as an HR consultant within Region Kalmar County offers the opportunity for a broad network within HR and access to expert knowledge. Oskarshamn Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County and has over 400 employees. The hospital is small with quick decision-making paths and close contacts between units. It offers emergency care, medical specialist care, radiology, planned surgery, and orthopedics. The hospital is located near the center of Oskarshamn and close to the archipelago.
