Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Production Planner whose heart beats a little extra for meeting both customer and business needs. With us, you will have a key role where you are responsible for logistics planning and ensuring that our inventory processes function optimally. You will work closely with both internal and external customers to ensure smooth and profitable production.

This role is responsible for:

- Logistics Planning: You are responsible for meeting the needs of customers (both internal and external) in an efficient and profitable manner.

- Inventory Management: Ensure that our range is available at the right time and quantity to meet demand.

- Purchasing: Plan and execute purchases of supplementary goods.

- Delivery Management: Manage delivery planning for incoming raw materials and finished products, as well as optimize the flow between production and market.

- Timber Reception: Receive timber transporters and ensure that procedures are followed on-site.

Planning requires a high level of engagement and close dialogue with other production planners, truck driver colleagues in the business, site management, wood suppliers, timber transporters, and the marketing department.

Your Experience

We are looking for someone who wants to work right in the flow – where things happen! You combine structure for long-term planning with flexibility, curiosity, and creativity to handle new situations in your daily work in a constantly changing environment. Furthermore, we see that you have a service-oriented and communicative side and find it easy to collaborate with other colleagues. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, are a problem solver with a good ability to coordinate, plan, organize, and prioritize your work. Previous experience in a similar role within the wood/industrial sector is definitely an advantage.

In addition to the above, we also expect you to have:

- High school education

- Some form of post-secondary education in logistics/expedition as well as LEAN training/knowledge or equivalent experience

- Good computer skills with experience in the Office suite, focusing on Excel

- Very good knowledge of Swedish and a good command of English
