About the job

Do you enjoy service and administration and want a summer job where you can meet and help LF Kalmar's customers throughout the county? We are now looking for claims registrars for our Claims Service department. We are primarily looking for summer workers, but for those who are interested and show drive and commitment, there may be opportunities for extra work during the rest of the year.

Main tasks:

• Receive and assist insurance customers who contact us regarding claims through various communication channels such as phone, chat, and email.
• Register claims reports
• Occasionally staff our reception desk where we welcome customers visiting our office in Kalmar
• Other administrative tasks

The tasks may develop over time to also include simpler claims processing. You will work with property, personal, and motor insurance.

Who are you?

We believe that you are a student at a university/college with previous experience in a relevant service profession and have a structured and customer-friendly approach to work. As a person, you are organized, proactive, and keen to deliver good service. You easily identify customers' various needs and are driven by exceeding their expectations. Creating and maintaining personal and trusting relationships with people around you feels natural to you, and you need to enjoy both customer contact and administrative tasks.

You are a self-sufficient person with problem-solving skills who has a professional demeanor in dialogue with customers. Your mission is to meet our customers' needs while creating a safe and positive customer experience.

At times, we have a high workload, so it is important that you can deliver good service even when the pace of work increases. You can communicate fluently in Swedish and handle English well. You should also be comfortable working with various IT systems and digital tools.

As an employee with us, you contribute to the development and goal fulfillment of the entire department. You will have a safe and fun workplace, full of competent and helpful colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge. Initially, you will receive thorough introductory training to give you the best possible conditions for success in your role.

The position is a temporary hourly employment based in Kalmar. During the period of weeks 23-35, the position is full-time with working hours Monday to Friday between 08:00-16:00. Start date can be agreed upon. The introductory training is planned to start in April, and discussions about the setup will take place during the interview.

Candidates who meet the basic requirements will receive a link to a personality test and a problem-solving test. This is part of our selection process. We work competency-based throughout the recruitment process.
