About the position:

We are looking for an accounting assistant in the Fortnox accounting program. Your main task will be to optimize and automate accounting processes by configuring and customizing accounting rules, so that transactions are automatically recorded according to predefined conditions.

It is an advantage if you live in Kalmar or nearby, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and adjust accounting rules in Fortnox to ensure automatic recording of recurring transactions.
• Analyze and identify areas where automation can be implemented to increase efficiency.
• Provide support and advice to internal teams and clients on best practices in Fortnox.
• Proactively work to improve and develop existing accounting processes.

Qualifications:

• Interest in working with the Fortnox accounting program.
• Understanding of how to create and optimize accounting rules.
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
• Ability to work efficiently remotely.
