Björkbacken is a family-owned company consisting of a cabin village, camping, hostel, hotel, and restaurant. It is a modern facility with a homely character, run by a family that places great importance on service, personal interaction, and a positive experience.

The hotel has 42 rooms in different categories, 46 cabins, 6 hostel rooms, and over 150 camping sites. During the summer, the demand for the facility is high, and at peak times, around 95 employees work in various areas.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service who enjoys spreading joy among both guests and other employees. To fit in at our reception, you need to be meticulous, responsible, and able to handle stress. You are service-oriented and always provide our guests with a correct and positive response. It is important that you have the ability to offer a smile, even in stressful situations. You also need to have computer and cash handling experience. Language skills and knowledge of the local area are advantageous.

As a night receptionist, you lay the foundation for all reception work during the day; you prepare arrivals, respond to emails, enter bookings, and handle a variety of office tasks. You will also manage sales in our lobby bar. You need to be comfortable working alone and have computer skills.

The work pertains to our peak season from early July to mid-August. There may also be opportunities to work before and after the season. Working hours are from 21:45 to 06:15, working every other week with a week off in between.

Salary and conditions according to collective agreement. Positions may be filled before the application period ends.
