Your mission

As an advisor with us at Almi, your mission is to work proactively with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region, offering and delivering Almi's services in business development and financing based on the companies' needs.

The work requires a strong goal focus and the ability to independently seek out companies, analyze their overall needs, and offer Almi's or our partners' services. As an Advisor, you will particularly focus on companies that have the ambition and potential to grow, delivering advice on growth issues broadly, with financing, sustainability, market, and sales as prioritized areas. The interventions with clients are relatively short and aim to increase the client's own capacity to develop and grow, as well as demonstrate the value of bringing in external expertise in various areas to manage their growth journey.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, you need to be analytical and structured, and enjoy networking and an outgoing work style. You have a strong drive and like to work independently and in teams according to assignments and clear goals.

The work requires personal maturity and high social competence. You should be curious and aware of what is happening in our environment, e.g., how sustainability, digitalization, and globalization affect companies' businesses. The work requires initiative and collaboration skills, focus on set goals, and a willingness to cooperate and help lift our team of 10 advisors in Kalmar County. A team whose work environment breathes humility and teamwork; we are good at getting things done, tirelessly curious, and know the definition of having fun. We simply enjoy each other's company.
