Ljunghäll is a division within the group and casts aluminum parts for the automotive industry, and in this niche, Ljunghäll is the leading company in Northern Europe. Gnutti Carlo is also a world leader in the development and delivery of robust and high-performance valve control and fuel injection components for construction, agricultural, marine, generator, and transport engines.
The Swedish companies in the Gnutti Carlo Group; Ljunghäll Metallfabriken AB (Södra Vi), and Gnutti Sweden AB (Kungsör) are supported by a central finance department located in Södra Vi. The companies have a combined turnover of approximately 2.8 billion and employ around 930 people together.
Your responsibilities
As a Business Controller with us, you will have an exciting and developing key role in Gnutti Carlo Group's Swedish manufacturing companies, focusing on Ljunghäll Metallfabriken in Södra Vi, where this role is based. In this role, you will report to the CFO of the Swedish companies.
The main task of the Business Controller is to ensure that management has accurate and relevant information to make the right decisions for the business. The Business Controller is responsible for the company's internal reporting, monitors the profitability of the products sold, and works to increase the organization's awareness related to business plans, cost savings, as well as the company's KPIs and how these can be influenced. In your daily work, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by working as support and a sounding board for our competent and engaged result-responsible managers and management team.
The main areas of responsibility for the Business Controller include:
· Presenting and analyzing the company's results, KPIs, and variances based on monthly financial statements.
· Ongoing work within profitability analysis, including post-calculation of products and projects.
· Responsible for the Controller module in SAP, including updating cost data and inventory valuation.
· Assist with calculations and the establishment and maintenance of models within inventory and production management, cost tracking, and investments.
· Driving the budgeting and forecasting process.
· Ensuring documentation regarding the Controller's ongoing tasks.
· Ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the business with decision-making materials or problem-solving.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, we see that you have a degree from a university in finance, or alternatively, an engineering degree with a focus on industrial economics. We also prefer that you have several years of experience working as a controller in a manufacturing company.
In addition to the above, we see that you:
· Have worked with internal accounting and calculations.
· Have experience with ERP systems in manufacturing companies.
· Have good knowledge of the Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
· Can communicate effectively, both written and verbally, in Swedish and English.
It is also an advantage if you have experience with SAP and have worked in an international environment.

This position is a permanent employment. The working hours are daytime. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement. Travel in the job may occur.
