We are now expanding our workforce and are looking for a Consultant Manager who, together with our current Consultant Manager Anna, wants to continue building success for our clients and consultants.

As a Consultant Manager at NearYou, you will have a varied and dynamic everyday life where you manage many different responsibilities. You will drive the entire process, from recruiting top candidates to creating long-term collaborations with our clients. You will have personnel responsibility for your employed consultants and work closely with associated consultants.

With drive, energy, engagement, and a great attitude, you see opportunities in every situation. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment and do everything to secure business and match the right talent with the right assignments. You are an important bridge between our clients and consultants, working business-oriented with both sales and service. You support our clients in their daily operations and contribute to our consultants often becoming an essential part of their success and growth.

Together with your colleagues in the office, you will plan and execute various events and fairs. By maintaining ongoing contact with universities and other key partners, you will also build valuable relationships and networks that ensure the quality of new assignments. It is a significant advantage if you have worked in a similar role where you previously created a larger network in the region.

The position is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will report to the Market Area Manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for a Consultant Manager who thrives in an environment with sometimes high tempo and rapid changes. You have relevant education and preferably leadership experience. If we are lucky, you also have experience from the staffing industry.

You enjoy a dynamic workday where quick decisions are part of everyday life. To succeed in the role, we see that you are a flexible person who can adapt quickly when needed. As a person, you are unpretentious and have an easy time communicating. Through your creativity and curiosity, you find new ways in your work. You have a genuine interest in working with people and are skilled at building relationships and developing trust.

To succeed in the role, you are a team player who likes to see the bigger picture. Your leadership is characterized by inclusion, transparency, and participation. You have a positive attitude and a drive that makes it easy for you to make things happen. With your analytical skills, you solve the tasks you face effectively, always with quality as a starting point.

We also see that you have previously worked with administrative tasks where you have a combination of technical, organizational, and social skills. You will work in an environment where freedom under responsibility is central, as your ability to take initiative and drive work forward is crucial.

You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You find it easy to navigate different systems and are a regular user of the Office suite. Previous experience with the IT tool Intelliplan is highly meritorious.

As a Consultant Manager, you will visit our consultants and clients with some continuity, thus a B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
