Job Responsibilities

Our goal is to offer individuals care of high quality. This means professional treatment and care tailored to the individual's needs. It is important that care is designed as much as possible according to individual wishes.

Your job responsibilities will primarily involve strengthening the person's sense of coherence, self-determination, and experience of health. This occurs through your care, support, and assistance to each person you meet. We also actively work to strengthen the healthy aspects of each individual.

• You encourage the individual to do what they can on their own.
• You support the individual in areas they cannot manage alone, and you perform these tasks together with them based on their capabilities.
• You motivate and encourage the individual to make their own choices and support them in maintaining interests, habits, and taking responsibility for their own daily life.

This is a spontaneous application for work within the entire care and support sector, both for permanent positions and hourly substitutes. After you submit your application, the staffing unit will make a selection based on your skills and qualifications.

As an employee in care and support in Hultsfred Municipality, you will always receive a full-time position as a permanent employee, but you have the opportunity to influence how much you actually want to work. As a temporary employee, you may be offered shifts based on your wishes and the needs of the organization.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with empathy and commitment! To thrive with us, you have an interest in working with people. You are secure, responsible, and have an interest in working with individuals in need of care and support.

Welcome to apply if you are a trained nursing assistant, have completed the child and leisure program, are a leisure leader, social pedagogue, or hold another equivalent education deemed suitable by the employer.

If you also have experience in the profession, it is an advantage.

You need to be 18 years old for the position. Most operations involve day, evening, and night work, so please specify in your application if you have specific preferences regarding this. Most positions require a driver's license.
