Nurse for Primary Care

The nursing assignment within primary care involves a wide variety of tasks, including working with district nurse reception and a range of different specialist clinics such as diabetes, dementia, asthma/COPD, incontinence, lifestyle, care coordination, vaccination, and blood pressure.

We are currently offering you a developing and exciting position as a nurse at our health center.

Here you will work with telephone counseling, which means you will make assessments, provide self-care advice, book patients who need to be assessed, or guide them to the right care facility. With us, you will be part of our dedicated team. We encourage you to work on developing internal processes together with other professional groups in the workplace.

About You

To be considered for the position, you must be a licensed nurse. We are looking for someone who wants to work with the patient's best interests in focus, where your interest in communication and engagement is an important part. To fit into the role, you need to be responsible and able to work independently based on your own planning. Significant emphasis is placed on experience in primary care.

Stora Trädgårdsgatan Health Center is an attractive employer with a good reputation. The nursing group consists of 12 employees who work independently with their assignments while also supporting each other within the group. We work with mentorship, where you have regular contact with your mentor. We apply individual schedule planning, and our opening hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. Working at a weekend-open health center is part of the assignment, which means that you as a nurse will work every 12th weekend.
