About the role

As an accountant , you will be part of a team of 18 people working with accounts payable for Xylem's Nordic companies. Your work will be in close collaboration with colleagues in your own and other internal departments. Your tasks will include bookkeeping of supplier invoices, control and support of accounts payable, participation in financial closing work, distribution of invoices to approvers within Xylem, assistance during internal and external audits, purchase order matching, and ad-hoc reporting.

The position is located in our finance department in Emmaboda, and initially, you will be employed on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. We are flexible in our way of working, and there are good opportunities to work partially from home.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in finance who is eager to continue developing with us. You are meticulous and structured and have a good ability to work both independently and collaboratively with your colleagues. You thrive in a changing and dynamic environment and can easily adapt to new tasks and people. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

To be considered, we also see that you have:

· A completed university degree in finance or equivalent work experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.

· A strong interest in finance and numbers

· Good computer skills

· Basic knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written.

· Good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
