We are now looking for another colleague who wants to join our growth journey by taking independent responsibility for the payroll process while also developing in a broad HR role. As a Payroll and HR Generalist, you will independently manage approximately 170 salaried employees' payroll while also working broadly within the HR area and supporting the organization in various HR processes. You will be an important link between HR and finance and will work closely with your two colleagues in the HR team as well as the managers in the organization. This is an exciting phase to enter where there is an opportunity to further develop routines and processes, but also to shape the content of the role yourself.

Examples of responsibilities and tasks:

• Independent management of approximately 170 salaried employees' payroll in the payroll system Flex

• Management of payroll data, certificates, statistics, and reporting to the group as well as authorities and other external parties

• Reconciliation of payroll accounts

• Ongoing HR administration

• Support to the organization's managers in all HR processes – from onboarding to development and termination

• Together with the HR manager, handle labor law matters and assist in union negotiations

• Contribute to the further development of payroll and HR-related routines and processes

• A few years of experience in independent payroll management, preferably with vocational training in payroll

• An understanding of and some experience in broad HR work, but above all a strong interest in further developing in the field

• Technical proficiency, enjoys digitalization, and is comfortable working in Excel

• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have worked in the payroll system Flex and are used to working in a growth company or another fast-paced and changing environment.

You will primarily work remotely, but there is an option to work in the office in central Stockholm.
