Job Description

We are looking for an administrator for our client in Gislaved! In this role, you will provide service and guidance via phone and email, as well as handle various administrative tasks. You will become an important part of the team and contribute to a smooth and professional handling of cases within the organization.

The position is a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Provide information and service
• Perform administrative tasks related to customer contact
• Collaborate with other departments

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and service-oriented, with a sense of structure and attention to detail. You are communicative and can easily express yourself clearly and correctly.

Qualifications:

• You have completed secondary education with a focus on service or administration, or another education that we consider equivalent
• You have experience in customer-facing roles and administrative tasks
• Good computer skills and the ability to handle various digital tools
• Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
