As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in ongoing customer projects where you work closely with project managers to ensure that project activities are handled in an organized and efficient manner. The role involves responsibility for coordinating and administering parts of the project flow and contributing to effective project execution in both small and large matters. The work is varied and developing, and you will be part of an experienced team where you have the opportunity to work in a structured manner with a good overview of the projects. Your contribution creates the conditions for the work within the projects to be driven forward in a safe and coordinated way. The work involves many internal contacts, and you will report continuously to the project managers.

The work includes, among other things:

• Monitoring project activities to ensure that work progresses according to plan

• Updating project planning and reporting in the project tool

• Updating and building delivery structures in the business system

• Participation in material planning meetings with planning and purchasing

• Support in quality-related activities and process monitoring during audits, for example

• Coordination prior to deliveries to customers and dialogue with export control

• Planning, coordinating, and participating in project meetings and customer visits

• University degree in engineering or equivalent
• At least three years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You have positive energy, good planning skills, and attention to detail that ensures important details are captured and handled correctly.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
