About the role

In this role, you will be an important part of our knowledgeable finance team. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable for all units within DS Smith Sweden. The work involves daily contact both internally within the organization and externally with suppliers, which requires clear and professional communication. Your tasks include invoice processing, reconciliations, and ongoing administration related to our financial flow. We work in the business and financial system Jeeves and use Readsoft for invoice interpretation. The role is based in Värnamo.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience working in a finance department, preferably with a focus on accounts payable. You are service-oriented, self-driven, and used to taking your own initiatives. Good knowledge of both Swedish and English is a requirement, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in Jeeves or similar business systems.
