ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is now looking for service-oriented students for Länsförsäkringar in Jönköping. In the role of service employee, you will support regular staff and provide the best possible service to both customers and colleagues. In this role, you will primarily work at the reception but may also cover other departments as needed. In the reception, you will meet customers, answer the phone, handle the switchboard, and assist colleagues.

The position is suitable for you who

• have a flexible schedule and can step in when needed.
• Some shifts are scheduled 3 weeks in advance, but there may also be needs with shorter notice.
• Work shifts are scheduled during the day, and you may be scheduled for morning, afternoon, or full-day shifts.
• We are looking for you who can work full-time for a few weeks in the summer (weeks 28-32) and we hope you are looking for a long-term assignment and want to work throughout your study period.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibilities:

• Be responsible for answering customers' questions on the switchboard and directing them correctly within the organization.
• Support colleagues with various questions and matters.
• Welcome customers at the reception.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Are studying at a post-secondary level and have at least two years left of your studies and view this assignment long-term.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as it is required in daily dialogue with customers and colleagues.
• Can work full-time during parts of the summer period (weeks 28-32).
• Have a B driver's license.

Furthermore, it is advantageous if you have previous experience working in service and have good computer skills.

Other:

• The number of hours per week and month may vary, depending on the customer's needs - meaning that you are not guaranteed any fixed times or hours during the year (except during the summer and certain scheduled days).
• We would like you to be available and willing to work during holidays and to cover for sick leave continuously throughout the year.
