CEO and Management Coordinator

As a CEO and management coordinator, you will play an important role in our organization, where you are responsible for coordinating and administering processes, meetings, and routines. Here, you will have a varied everyday life with the opportunity to contribute to the efficient and professional functioning of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative and coordinating support to the CEO and management in daily operational matters
• Planning and booking meetings as well as managing calendars and meeting structures
• Preparation of meeting materials and minute-taking
• Creating and updating presentations and materials for the CEO
• Planning and practical coordination of the annual general meeting and council meetings
• Follow-up and compilation of materials related to delegated operations
• Coordination of the company's decision-making and approval processes
• Coordinate and follow up on the management's annual wheel
• Other administrative tasks within the CEO's office.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is an enabler with a good ability to plan both details and the big picture. You take initiative and stay one step ahead. You value quality, order, and structure, and have a strong business focus. You are professional and handle information with high integrity, expressing information clearly and visually. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others and find it easy to cooperate. You have a relevant academic background and several years of experience in a coordinating role where you have driven projects or other types of initiatives. Experience with regulatory issues is considered an advantage. You will report to the CEO and be part of the CEO's office.
