We are now looking for an education coordinator responsible for planning, administering, coordinating, and following up on education and competency development initiatives within Folktandvården.

About the Role

As an education coordinator, you will primarily work with the planning, administration, and coordination of courses and training. You will be responsible for communication with course participants, speakers, and conference facilities, ensuring that the entire process from invitation, registration, venue booking, evaluations, and issuance of course certificates functions smoothly. As we move towards increased digitization, the role also involves administering and developing digital training in our learning platform. The role also includes the development and improvement of all administrative processes related to education.

In the role of education coordinator, you will work broadly with learning initiatives aimed at several different target groups. This includes internal training for Folktandvården's employees, introductory programs for newly hired employees, and introductions for managers. Your role also includes some administrative support to the management staff regarding coordination of events, workshops, and meetings, as well as administering and coordinating travel arrangements. In addition to the administrative processes related to courses and training, you will also support and develop the staff's administrative processes as we move towards increased digitization.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with administrative competence and a strong interest in development and education issues. You have post-secondary education in administration or another equivalent education that is deemed relevant for the role.

You have previous successful experience in a coordinating and administrative role. To succeed, you need to have a high level of service, be communicative with the ability to systematize, and prioritize your work effectively. One day is rarely like another, which requires you to be flexible and able to handle unforeseen challenges that may arise in everyday life with calmness and a solution-focused approach.

You have good digital skills and enjoy working in many different programs. You see opportunities in changes and find it exciting to be part of driving the development of our organization. You thrive on having contact points that you collaborate with daily, both internal and external contacts. You are driven to give that little extra in a central support function that contributes to quality and development. We place great emphasis on your personal competence and qualities. Since the role involves many communication channels, it is a requirement that you can express yourself well both verbally and in writing.
