We are now looking for a regional developer for the section of Innovation and Attractiveness who wants to work with project and grant management as well as development issues within the adult education assignment. The Role of Regional Developer

In the role of regional developer, you will work primarily with civil society and adult education. Your tasks will include managing grants and support for civil society as well as development work within the adult education assignment. Management of projects related to other areas of expertise will also be relevant. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Start date by agreement.

Your Future Workplace

You will be part of the Regional Development department where we lead and coordinate regional development on both state and regional assignments. Here, strategists, project managers, coordinators, administrators, and managers work in areas such as sustainability, infrastructure, business, skills supply, tourism, culture, rural development, and digitalization. Within Regional Development in Region Jönköping County, we work to create good conditions for people, organizations, and businesses to grow and develop. Through collaboration, financing, and development efforts, we strengthen the county's long-term competitiveness and sustainability.

The position is placed in the section of Innovation and Attractiveness, where your immediate supervisor is the section manager. In the section, we are 17 people from various fields of expertise who together engage in the development of our county together with other actors.

Your Profile

You have a university degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience working in a politically governed organization. We would like you to have experience in administration or similar processes and experience in the field of adult education.

To perform the job, you should have experience working in digital operational systems and Office. You also have a very good ability to express yourself clearly and professionally in both speech and writing.

We are looking for someone who is independent, structured, and meticulous in their work. You take initiative, plan and prioritize effectively, and ensure that tasks are completed with high quality. You have high integrity and always act ethically in your work. At the same time, you are attentive, collaborate well with others, and meet both colleagues and external contacts with a service-oriented and professional approach.
