We are looking for someone who..
- Has a relevant university degree in HR/Human Resources or similar.
- Has 2–5 years of experience in broad and operational HR work.
- Has good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
- Thrives in a role with significant responsibility, is structured, and easily builds trust.
- Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English.
Personal qualities we highly value are integrity, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented approach. You enjoy varied days and being both administrative, advisory, and operational – sometimes simultaneously.
Why this role?
You will receive:
- A broad and developing role in an organization where HR has a natural and important place.
- The opportunity to combine long-term work with quick operational efforts.
- Close collaboration with both managers and employees – and great opportunity to influence.
