• Prospect and build your own customer base by proactively processing customer data and taking responsibility for increased customer satisfaction and profitability.

• Provide the best possible service and business-oriented support to Swedbank's Premium customers under your care.

• Work focused on one of the bank's most prioritized customer segments.

• Offer holistic financial advice primarily to private customers, but also to corporate clients.

• Become part of a team with driven and friendly colleagues within the premium group, collaborating closely with Private Banking, corporate, and insurance specialists.

In this role, you need to:

• Hold a Swedsec Advisory License, Swedsec Mortgage License, and Insurance Distribution Right for Private Life Insurance (IDD).

• Possess high competence in assessing and managing a customer's total financial situation, as well as the ability to read and understand customer needs.

• Have a structured working style with good organization and order.

• Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to do business with both new and existing customers.

• Be a team player who collaborates easily with colleagues.

• Have at least two years of experience in pension, savings, insurance, and credit business.
