About the Role

As Rituals' new Assistant Shop Manager, you strive to transform your store into a place where you and your colleagues love to work, and where customers love to shop. This includes, among other things:

• Driving the store's results by ensuring excellent customer service, productive collaboration, and efficient routines.
• Acting as the Shop Manager's right-hand person and being ready to take over Shop Manager responsibilities when needed.
• Supporting your colleagues in reaching their full potential by coaching, developing, and being a great role model.
• Building a culture of trust together with your Shop Manager, based on positive and constructive feedback.

Requirements

As an Assistant Shop Manager, you inspire your team and achieve the store's goals regarding customer satisfaction and sales together. You understand the importance of excellent customer service and are passionate about supporting and developing others. In addition, you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or customer service.
• Good ability to coach and develop a team.
• The ability to be solution-oriented and take ownership.
• Collaborative, attentive, and communicative.
• Good system and data skills.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years or older.

Fixed-term employment: Immediate – 6 months with a chance of extension
