In the role of purchaser, you will:

• Be responsible for and develop our weekly and stock purchases
• Drive improvements within the needs and purchasing process with a focus on inventory optimization
• Work both operationally and partially strategically within purchasing

The position includes:

• Supplier selection
• Approval of supplier invoices
• Purchases over 200,000 SEK are made in consultation with the purchasing manager

You will, among other things:

• Improve and streamline internal needs processes
• Perform and simplify the administrative part of weekly purchases
• Conduct operational purchasing work such as inquiries, negotiations, and supplier selection
• Manage stock purchases of standard assortment and certain recurring inquiries
• Communicate internally and externally in purchasing-related matters
• Ensure that the purchase of products and services follows the company's goals and policies

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed secondary education, preferably with a focus on logistics or flows
• Several years of purchasing experience, preferably with a focus on logistics and optimization
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Driving license B

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Relevant university education
• Experience with business systems (Pyramid is meritorious)
• Additional language skills
• Experience from the industry and purchasing from Asia
