Summer Job as an Administrator at POWER Logistics!

We are now looking for driven and meticulous administrators to support our departments Quality, Customs, and Planning & Analyze for the summer. Here you will have a varied everyday life and a fantastic opportunity to work with everything from logistics planning and customs handling to claims management.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is a self-sufficient problem solver with a sense of order and structure. You are a good communicator who enjoys collaborating with both internal and external contacts. To succeed, we see that you master Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good computer skills are a prerequisite, especially in Excel.

In addition, we expect you to:

Be analytical and have a keen eye for details without losing sight of the big picture.
Be structured, organized, and meticulous in your work.
Have a positive and service-oriented attitude.
Be a proactive problem solver who takes initiative.

Experience from warehousing or logistics is an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to learn are the most important!

About the position

Employment: Full-time during the summer and for a period from June 22 to August 14. We expect you to be available for the entire period.
Working hours: Varied schedules may occur, either two shifts, daytime, or a mix of day and evening shifts during the week.
Training: Will take place during April-May by agreement to ensure you have a secure start.

There may be opportunities for continued employment after the summer.
