Decatak:

The largest supplier of roof treatment in the Nordic region, specializing in roof cleaning and painting. We have been active since 2006 and are now the leading brand in the industry. We primarily work with private individuals and housing associations.

Your Responsibilities

As a meeting booker at Decatak, you will be the first point of contact with our customers. You will use the phone and computer as tools, and together with our sales team, you will schedule meetings and coordinate their calendars.

It is important that you enjoy a role with a lot of phone contact, that you are goal-oriented, results-driven, and motivated by working towards set targets. We work together in a pleasant environment where we take shared and personal responsibility. A great team that has fun at work!

You will, of course, receive internal training and a thorough introduction.

Qualifications

Experience in meeting booking or similar is an advantage. You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. English is a plus but not a requirement.

We are looking for someone who is cooperative and used to delivering good results. You enjoy working with others and also work well independently. You are determined and do not give up despite setbacks, and you are good at building relationships.
