About the Company
Kontorsspecial IT & Copy AB. A modern IT company with roots dating back to 1943. We have 25 employees and ensure daily that our customers have a stable IT infrastructure, the right IT security, and customized printing solutions. You can find us in the regions around Vetlanda, Vimmerby, Västervik, and Oskarshamn. We are looking for an IT salesperson who wants to build long-term relationships and create real customer value. Location: Vetlanda. Are you passionate about truly understanding customer needs and finding the best IT solutions? Do you want to work closely with both customers and technicians, making a difference in various industries – from healthcare facilities to larger manufacturing companies? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
Your Responsibilities
As an IT salesperson at Kontorsspecial IT & Copy, you will work with a well-established customer base and focus on building and deepening long-term relationships. You will be an important part of our effort to develop our customers' businesses through modern and secure IT solutions. Together with our experienced IT technicians, you will work closely with customers to understand their challenges, identify needs, and develop solutions that truly make a difference – both technically and commercially.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone who is a relationship builder and understands the importance of putting the customer's needs at the center. You have a broad understanding of IT and an interest in how technology can streamline various types of businesses. You thrive on variation and easily adapt to different customer environments. Our customers range from warehouses and retail to production and the service sector – making every day exciting and educational. To succeed and thrive in this role, we see that you have: - Experience in sales within IT or technology - Good knowledge of IT as a whole, more than just hardware - Ability to build strong customer relationships over time - Interest in business development and problem-solving
