About the Role

As a Cost Estimator, you will play a very important role in our efforts to offer the market the most cost-effective products.

Your main task will be to gather information and data in projects, and then compile and present a sustainable calculation based on customer inquiries. The work involves a variety of tasks such as:

• Create and calculate prices in our estimation system based on customer inquiries.

• Support for sales and Account Managers.

• Collaboration with the Application Team and Product Engineering to achieve the best cost-effective solution.

• Support for quotes in the prototype stage.

• Support in investment projects.

• Benchmarking in terms of calculations and cost estimates.

• Participate in Cost Reduction projects.

As a Cost Estimator, you will primarily work in project form, which means you will have significant interaction with colleagues from other units within Vibracoustic, especially in Europe.

Your Profile

You have a relevant education and a good understanding of economics. Experience working with calculations and costs in manufacturing companies is an advantage.

As we are a global organization, it is required that you are fluent in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different situations and changes. In this position, we will certainly place high demands on your analytical skills and your ability to present your conclusions in a pedagogical manner. You can handle stressful situations calmly and maintain focus under pressure.
